Emotional Health

So much of our daily habits are created by past experience or what we are shown as a child. These habits become our perception of reality and can sometimes hinder our ability to be our best selves. Mix that with our modern society of overstimulation and living in a sympathetic high stress state and you get high inflammation and internal dysfunction. This recipe can become a great host for disease. This course will help you live a life of balance and peace, raising your vibration and protecting you from chronic disease through the practice of mindfulness.


We are what we eat, but more importantly we are what we absorb! If our body is in a state of dysfunction, absorption can't occur. In this pillar of the course curriculum you will learn nutrition 101, how to best regulate the systems with in your body and how to form a healthy and lasting relationship with food! In this course we believe no food is bad and all food should be celebrated.

Sleep Hygiene & Exercise

Sleep is easily the most underrated function we must do every day. Sleep is where our brain rests and toxins are flushed out. This course focuses on ways to get more mindful sleep through emotional health, nutrition and exercise, so you wake refreshed and ready to take on your day!

Does Nicola help guide you through the online program?

This program is self-guided, Nicola does not have any one on one contact with students once they start the course. You will receive an initial email from her where she will get your height, current weight and other personal information to tailor the program as best to you as she can. After that point she has no contact with students.

What is the dietary plan Nicola follows?

Nicola believes in supporting the internal systems within the body through food. She uses a variety of protein sources from plant-based, to fish and poultry. She includes nutrient dense whole foods. Nicola believes all foods even cookies serve a purpose, this program follows those same principles.

If you are a vegetarian or vegan or just a picky eater the meal prep portion of this would have to be modified to fit your dietary needs. It is possible, it would just take work on your end to modify.

Are results guaranteed?

Results occur with compliancy. If you dedicate yourself to this program you will see positive results. The amount of results you will see is determined on how compliant with the program you are.

Can I only do certain pillars/sections and not others?

You can go at the pace that best feels good for you. Nicola created this program and her pillars for care after seeing how the collective needed support. For example, if you only do the meal prep portion you will get results but you may slip back into old habits, especially if this has been an issue for you. It is ideal to do 100% of each weeks course material to get the most out of it. The goal is to create and change your mindset!

Can I meet with Nicola one on one and do the program?

Absolutely, if you want a much more tailored and bio-individual approach you can meet with her before, in conjunction or after doing the online course.
